Job Summary
We currently have an exciting opportunity for you. Commensurate with their level of education, training and in accordance with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia (CPBC) standards of practice and Pharmacy departmental policies, procedures and competency guidelines,The Employed Student Pharmacist provides drug distribution,
basic drug information,
medication reconciliation,
medication dosage adjustments
& assists Clinical Pharmacists with direct patient care activities including preparation for multidisciplinary rounds,
& educational seminars,&
drug therapy reviews & patient drug therapy counseling.
