MUST BE IN THE OTTAWA REGION
Our Realtor will be responsible for helping clients buy and sell homes, properties, land and other assets.

The person in this position will answer questions about properties, real estate laws and the general market to help clients make informed decisions when buying or selling property.

He or she will be mainly responsible for helping clients purchase residential property, including single-family homes.


Responsibilities:

• Create an actionable real estate marketing plan.
• Coordinate with other personnel and clients.
• Monitor competition in your area.
• Be able to move throughout an entire house to determine its worth and condition.
• Learn about relevant local and state laws and financial regulations.
• Be a leader within the real estate community.
• Be objective.

Salary:
$96,297.00-$113,732.00 per year


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
