Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Associate.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in both English and Spanish.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in multiple languages and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Hiring full-time bilingual customer service representatives with flexible availability.

Applicants must speak fluent English and Spanish.

This is a bilingual position. This is not a sales position.

Clean and comfortable environment in a office located right downtown Hamilton.


Requirements:


  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Pay:
$17.75 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:


  • Call center: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

- fluent Spanish and English (preferred)
