About the Role

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including managing billing and invoicing processes.


• Process purchase orders for special order materials in a timely manner.


• Receive and direct incoming calls with excellent communication skills.


• Maintain central filing systems, administration files, and other tasks as assigned by management.
