The most important ingredient in medicine will soon be your own cells.

Studies have shown our cells have the power to help regrow hair, replenish skin, repair damage, and even regenerate tissue.

This means that when we need our cells the most, they may be too old and ineffective to receive the full benefits of regenerative treatments.

Acorn helps with this. We collect and cryogenically freeze your own cells, sourced non-invasively from hair follicles.

This halts the effects of aging, providing you a collection of your own younger cells, ready for the future of regenerative medicine.

Acorn not only acts as your cell cryopreservation resource but is also actively developing cell-based therapies. We have recently launched our service by partnering with Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, MedSpas, and Wellness Centers across North America. As a growing company, we are looking for talented professionals to join our customer marketing team.

Location:
Toronto, Ontario or Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego)

What You'll Do

  • Manage daytoday activities on Acorn social media accounts, the brand's primary account with a focus on Instagram and secondary coverage on LinkedIn and Twitter. Leveraging CEO accounts and encouraging wider team engagement.
  • Develop demandgeneration strategies to drive website traffic and generate leads
  • Curate and create engaging content and assets for Acorn's digital channels.
  • Lead a newsletter, sharing key content, news, events and insights.
  • Engage with customers in realtime and direct customer service needs to the appropriate channel.
  • Support sponsorship engagements and event activations
  • Identify and nurture relationships with partners, influencers and content creators
What You'll Need To Succeed

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of work experience in demand generation, social media manager or digital marketing manager. Ready to take ownership of key areas of responsibility.
  • Experience planning and leading digital marketing strategies and tactics
  • Resourcefulness in finding and managing freelance and agency support
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Excellent writing skills and abilities in graphic design and content editing
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and report results
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking and problemsolver

What will give you an edge:

  • Previous experience with aesthetics medicine, medispas and other cosmetic and health-related businesses.
  • Knowledge and understanding of regenerative medicine and/or stem cell science.
