- on the cutting edge of job management using processes and technology to track and monitor its jobs

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to work in the Barrie area with:

3 to 5 years of construction experience, preferably in insurance restoration

- estimating experience
- experience overseeing emergency mitigations and/or construction projects, both residential and commercial
- working knowledge of the building envelope, building sciences and project management
- a dedication to monitoring job costs to ensure job profitability

IICRC certification would be an asset

- working knowledge of Xactimate
- computer literacy is a must for this position

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
