    About the Role:


    The Behaviour Intervention Mentor assists the Education Support Services Team in planning and providing evidence-based interventions to support students with challenging behaviour and develop a positive learning environment.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Provide individual and group interventions to students to develop social skills, self-esteem, and resilience.

    • Model tier-1 classroom strategies for teachers and support behaviour management.

    • Collaborate with school personnel and community professionals (school psychologists, social workers) to develop intervention plans.

    • Maintain accurate records of student progress.
