- Supporting client during development phase in target price negotiation and supporting on target price aspects including and incentivization regimes where required.
- Supporting on definition of allowable costs, assessment of incentive reward payments, verifying eligible cost.
- Controlling, managing, and reporting contractual obligations from procurement to final account including contract administration involving early warnings and change control.
- Continuously improving tender reports, protocols and documentation including the following key deliverables.
- Establishing, chairing, recording and reporting regular downstream meetings with service providers.
- Managing budget planning, forecasting and cost management.
- Supporting aspects of contract administration including payment certification, reconciliations, cost reporting, change management and reporting on progress.
- Providing substantial input to performance measurement systems, key result areas/KPIs, implement long term improvement processes and monitor the results.
- Training and development, mentoring of junior staff.
- Highly skilled in understanding the cost base and profit driver of a sophisticated contracting organization.
- Proven track record in articulating complex construction issues and communicating concise positions to business directors and teams.
- Degree in engineering, accounting, business administration, construction management, project management, or equivalent.
- Experience with analysis, construction and design scope.
- Experience with change management and implementation within a production environment.
- Dynamic leadership and employee engagement skills.
- Capex V Opex Cost analysis/advice.
- Professional membership or working towards i.e. MRICS/RICS (or equivalent).
