Description
Internal Service Advisor


Duties:


  • Write work orders on sold vehicles, communicate with sales dept
  • Ensure sold vehicles are ready for delivery date
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments for services rendered

Skills:


  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to nontechnical individuals
  • Proven experience in a dealership or automotive service environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills

$42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
