- Drive maintenance and growth of existing and new customer accounts through proactive engagement, including sales calls, jobsite visits, and timely responses to quotations and RFPs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and new business, including cross-selling services across multiple geographies.
- Develop and execute an annual sales plan with clearly defined goals and objectives.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers for strategic accounts.
- Leverage relationships to generate opportunities within the crane and heavy haul industry.
- Develop strategies and tactics to penetrate new and targeted accounts.
- Prospect and qualify warm leads to build a robust pipeline.
- Conduct discovery meetings and job walks with customers to uncover needs and align solutions.
- Create and deliver tailored proposals and solution presentations to customer decision-making teams.
- Respond to RFPs, develop potential solutions, estimate costs, and prepare customized proposals.
- Close sales by selling value, addressing objections, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Coordinate front-end project development and collaborate closely with Operations to ensure optimal fleet utilization and successful project execution.
- Maintain regular two-way communication between clients and internal teams to set clear expectations and ensure compliance with deliverables.
- Act as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for assigned accounts, managing communications, conflict resolution, and revenue goals.

- Mechanically inclined with basic understanding of specialty rigging, heavy lifting, and transportation execution
- Experience with motivating and leading a sale group
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of or ability to learn IFS (ERP/CRM).
- Requires frequent travel to customer sites.
