As a Full Cycle Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the complete accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

• Manage the entire accounting cycle, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthend close procedures
• Perform a weekly review of accounts receivable and follow up with customers where applicable
• Prepare semimonthly payroll as well as other basic HR responsibilities including oversight of benefits and new employee orientations
• Prepare and file required tax documents, including GST, payroll tax, and income tax instalments
• Analyze and reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
• Provide support to the Controller and other members of the accounting team as needed

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field required
• Prior experience in accounting or a related field preferred
• Experience using AIMS and/or Sage 50 an asset
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
