Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Manage inventory and stock levels, including receiving and organizing shipments
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote the business
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail, food, or customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently
