Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
  • Manage inventory and stock levels, including receiving and organizing shipments
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote the business
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a retail, food, or customer service role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
  • Time management skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently
