Generations Cleaning is a growing company that services a wide range of commercial customers such as; Large Retail Stores, Condominiums, Co-Op's, Apartment Buildings, Offices, Medical Facilities, Industrial, Manufacturing.
We are looking for a Part-Time Building Superintendent/Handyman for 2 locations in Bowmanville (3 minutes away from each other). Our team is looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor and who is hard-working._ Part Time Superintendent_
Shift: 9:00am-1:30pm
Split between 2 locations, 3 minutes apart from each other
Responsibilities:
- Suite inspections.
- Inspecting hallways.
- Changing light bulbs.
- Picking up any litter, interior and exterior.
- Garbage room maintenance.
- Garbage and recycle removal.
- Tenant requests (dishwasher, faucet and plumbing requests).
- Paint touchups.
Requirements:
- Juniorlevel repairs required
Rate:
- $20.00/hr.
