POSITION:
We are currently seeking a creative, meticulous, and talented person to join our seasoned Sales and Marketing team as the
International Content Coordinator.

As an International Content Creator, you will be responsible for
creating and developing high-quality, engaging, and informative content
for our global real estate audience. You will be responsible for
creating content in various forms such as written, visual, and multimedia to increase our online presence and engagement.
collaborate with various internal clients and ensure an excellent level of client service. This role is
essential in improving international content accessibility within Brivia, and for
monetizing assets externally.
In addition, they will
support the Sales and Marketing department. This position will
organize sales leads, among other diverse tasks within the Sales and Marketing department.
The
major responsibilities in this position will fluctuate depending on the needs of the Sales and Marketing team, however, the Coordinator, International Content must be able to provide
support with
social media, eblasts, and translations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement content marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives;
-
Execute content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets;
-
Create and publish high-quality, relevant, and engaging content for our
global real estate audience;
- Conduct
research and stay uptodate with real estate trends and market conditions to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content; - Write
articles, blog posts, press releases, and other written content for both digital and print mediums;
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Development team, Construction team, Property Management team to develop creative content campaigns;

Develop and maintain editorial calendars to ensure timely delivery of content;
- Optimize content for
SEO and social media platforms to drive traffic and engagement; - Monitor and report on the
effectiveness of content marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement; - Use content management systems to
analyze website traffic and user's engagement metrics; - Update and create
short marketing videos for use on social media, YouTube channel, etc.; - Draft
press releases and eblasts;
Translate various content from English and French to a Chinese Language and vice-versa;
- Take charge of
all projects delegated to you;
Collaborate with the team to assist with other projects;
- All other related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field;
- Minimum of
1 to 2 years of experience in international content creation, preferably in the real estate industry; - Excellent
written and
verbal communication skills in
English,
French,
and a Chinese language; - Strong
knowledge of content marketing and social media best practices; - Ability to
learn products, terminology, and concepts used in the manufacturing, construction, and architecture spaces; - Experience with
SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz; - Proven ability to develop and
execute international content marketing strategies that drive engagement and traffic; - Proficiency in
MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other graphic design software is a plus; - Strong
attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment; - Excellent
organizational and
time
management skills; - Strength in working with fast
moving crossfunctional teams towards building seamless and integrated marketing campaigns; - Ability to
