- Keep track of supplier invoices when received file accordingly
- Manage office tasks, such as filing, processing orders, invoicing, reordering supplies, mail, and courier packages
- Ensure all order deadlines are met
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to ensure customer needs are addressed by the appropriate party
- Dealing with customer concerns and requests ensuring client satisfaction; maintaining and building customer/ vendor relationships
- Preparing reports, letters, spreadsheets, and memos using Microsoft Excel/ Microsoft Word, Quick Books, Adobe.
- Processing payments from clients
- Prepare other reports for management as required
- Creates and places monthly orders for office supplies or as needed
- Timely and organized document filing
- All other duties as assigned
Salary:
$32,000.00-$38,000.00 per year
