Reunion Coffee Roasters is currently seeking a mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable
Maintenance Coordinator to provide administrative support to the maintenance department.

Our new Maintenance Coordinator will manage daily preventative maintenance (PMs), order materials and spare parts, and book contractors to optimize equipment reliability and efficiency.

On a practical level, you will:

  • Organize and schedule employees to complete monthly/quarterly PM requirements;
  • Manage inventory and materials for the maintenance department;
  • Order and receive spare parts, components, and materials;
  • Prepare documentation and organize required paperwork for audits;
  • Develop and maintain work orders and purchase orders as required;
  • Maintain inventory of repair parts for equipment;
  • Maintain inventory of approved chemical list and conduct annual review for SQF program;
  • Organize and schedule outside vendors or contractors to perform tasks as required;
  • Maintain and enforce quality and good housekeeping standards within the maintenance shop and spare parts room;
  • Write standard operating procedures (SOPs) and miscellaneous plant maintenance procedures;
If you have the following qualifications, we want to hear from you:

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma related to Materials Management or equivalent experience;
  • Maintenance operations, administration, and planning experience required;
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical systems and components, spare parts inventory;
  • Knowledge in purchasing and supplier/vendor management;
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- industrial maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- materials management: 1 year (preferred)
