Description
We are currently seeking a motivated Landscape Installation Laborer to join our Northern Touch Landscape SF team.

The Landscape Installation Laborer will work alongside experienced landscapers to assist in the installation of various landscaping elements, including plants, trees, hardscapes, and irrigation systems.

This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for beautifying outdoor environments.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the installation of landscape features such as plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, mulch, and sod.
  • Prepare planting areas by digging holes, removing debris, and amending soil as needed.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, including shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, and hand tools.
  • Assist with the installation of hardscape elements such as retaining walls, pavers, edging, and decorative rocks.
  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, including laying pipes, installing sprinkler heads, and testing system functionality.
  • Transport materials, plants, and equipment to job sites using wheelbarrows.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet project deadlines.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and workflow.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and carrying heavy objects.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques, plants, and materials is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.

Pay:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
