Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive quality control inspections on repaired cell phones, ensuring adherence to established standards and specifications.
• Perform thorough testing of cell phone components and functionality, including screens, batteries, cameras, speakers, microphones, and software.
• Identify and document any defects, issues, or areas requiring further attention or improvement.
• Collaborate with the repair team to address and resolve any identified issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control findings and actions taken.
• Assist with cell phone repairs, including screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, and other hardware and software troubleshooting as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding the quality of repairs.
• Stay updated on the latest cell phone models, features, and repair techniques to ensure highquality workmanship.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in cell phone repair, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and other hardware repairs.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of various cell phone models, operating systems (iOS, Android), and their troubleshooting methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or issues.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for testing cell phone functionality.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software used for recordkeeping.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance.
• Technical certifications related to cell phone repair or mobile devices.
• Familiarity with electronic components and soldering techniques.
• Experience with data recovery and software troubleshooting.
