    Overview

    AO Globe Life is a company that works with all major members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families across Canada and provides them with their permanent benefits. We are dedicated to protecting every child and serving all working families, and we are looking for reliable candidates who want to build a stable career with us.

    We are seeking a Work-From-Home Sales Representative who will be responsible for introducing and educating clients on the permanent benefits they are entitled to through labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations with our guidance. This role requires a candidate who is people-focused, service-oriented, and confident in building long-lasting professional relationships.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom.
    • Explain and review permanent benefits clearly and accurately.
    • Guide clients through enrollment and claims processes.
    • Ensure documentation and client updates are completed accurately & on time.
    • Support team members in reaching shared goals and performance standards

    Qualifications

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Experience in customer support, sales, or team collaboration preferred
    • Proficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentation
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team-oriented and self-motivated.
