Job brief

We are looking for a shipper/receiver to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Responsibilities include

  • Packaging and shipping parts to customers in a timely manner
  • Receiving inventory, stocking shelves and filling back orders
- load and offload trucks

  • Organizing and staging equipment for upcoming work
  • Perform cycle counts provided by the inventory manager
  • Answering incoming phone calls, order taking.
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Keep a clean, safe work environment and optimize space utilization
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Operate a forklift

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in shipping/receiving
  • Proficient at operating a forklift
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • High school degree
  • Punctual
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Customer service skills
Assets

  • Forklift license

Salary:
$27.94-$29.68 per hour
