Kalai's Dosa Hut Inc is a leading food services provider seeking an experienced professional to oversee our daily operations.

Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are looking for a Dining Services Director to determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
This role ensures health and safety regulations are followed and negotiates arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
The ideal candidate will participate in marketing plans and implementation, address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, prepare and manage budgets, and hire and train staff.

Key Responsibilities

Determine the scope of services to be offered and develop strategies to meet customer needs.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for food and other supplies.
Work closely with the management team to develop and implement marketing plans that drive sales and revenue growth.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Prepare and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and profitability.
Hire and train staff to ensure a high-performing team that delivers excellent service.

Requirements

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, as well as 2 years of experience in a related field.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Proficiency in budgeting and financial management is also required.
