At Exotic Woods, we pride ourselves on the knowledge and care we provide our clients from first contact to delivery.

Sale:

• Welcome customers as they walk in the door
• Foster/create the Exotic Woods experience
• Engage with customers regarding their project and offer ideas/solutions
• Ensure phones are answered and return calls are made in a timely manner
• Prepare and send out quotes and orders as needed

Responsibilities:

• Ensure retail store stays fully stocked
• Assist in loading and straightening lumber bins
• Package shipments and prepare for pickup
• General housekeeping to ensure a good customer experience
• Be courteous and professional with customers and team members
• Ensure health and safety policies are being followed
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
• Should have some wood/woodworking knowledge
• Follow health and safety policies
• Considered a selfstarter
• Able to adapt to a growing and changing business
• Able to problem solve and prioritize work
