ITN Logistics is in need of Warehouse Administrative Clerk for their Bonded Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Provides support and back up to Bonded Warehouse Dept. and other Administrative staff.
Arrive shipments with Canada Customs as per instructions from Air Import Dept.
Data entry of Piece Count, Offload date, storage date, warehouse location and other details into Cargowise, when dock bring in airway bills upon offloading freight and checking into warehouse.
Print off Tally report for the AWB.
Update Cargowise with information on dock fee/skids invoices for Ocean containers.
Print Bills of Lading for loads and prepare them for Carriers to come in.
Handle the window when Drivers come in to pick up freight or drop off freight.
Ensure paperwork for drivers with Export freight is accurately printed.
Maintain a filing system.
Complete other administrative functions that support the daily requirements of the department.
Continue nurturing the ITN Logistics Brand as a quality, customer centric, timely service provider that delivers against its value proposition.

Knowledge and Skills Required

Education and Industry Knowledge:

2 year knowledge in Administrative functions in a Bonded Warehouse a must
Knowledge of Cargowise software a must.

Technical Skills/Qualifications:

Excellent problem
solving skills.
Follows agreed company processes and protocols in the Bonded Warehouse, including use of systems and software.
Ability to communicate in a manner, which is clear, effective, and respectful.
Detail oriented.
Good organization skills while working in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to Multitask and meet deadlines with minimum disruption.
