Job summary
The Inspections Coordinator I will support inspections lead in managing assigned inspection programs including planning scheduling execution and reporting.Schedule inspections in accordance with client requirements assign qualified inspectors coordinate site access requirements ensure inspection assignments are completed on time and daily inspection reports and JHAs are submitted as required.
Document control & compliance track manage inspection requests within RAMs systems communicate assignment changes maintain regularly review client-facing inspector directories logs ensure accuracy.
Invoicing & timekeeping support support invoicing preparation through review of inspection hours mileage backup documentation internal follow-ups related to late or missing timecards meet reporting deadlines coordinator inspector onboarding offboarding activities submission completion onboarding offboarding training requests train mentor inspectors RAMs processes digital tools report specific requirements. Ideal candidate should have high school diploma equivalent one year experience similar administrative role proficiency Microsoft Office suite strong organizational multitasking verbal written communication basic project management principles methodologies ability work collaboratively team environment understanding project documentation reports calculations technical documentation.
