We take a holistic approach to build a sustainable production ecosystem from sourcing recycled gold and ethical gemstones to the master jewellers crafting our pieces.

We are looking to add an eager full-time Operations Associate to join our growing team


Duties

• Customer Service _
• Production & Shipping_
• Prepare tickets and labels for shipping
• Packing and shipping orders
• Familiar with various packaging and shipping requirements from different retail clients
• Work with various couriers and be up to date with commercial document requirements
• Managing shipping supplies
• Other_
• Supporting in various projects/assignments as needed

Qualifications

• Postsecondary education
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Techsavvy and fast/eager to learn
• Natural attention to small details and ability to organize
• Ability to keep up in a fastpaced environment and juggle multiple tasks
• Experince in retail, ecommerce and order fulfillment an asset

Salary:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
