Kipling Tire is looking to hire
experienced tire technicians. You will be a very important part of delivering superior service and value to our customers.

We are looking for EXPERIENCED TIRE INSTALLERS ONLY.

Duties and responsibilities:

Your main role will be to change, balance and repair tires both cars and light duty trucks using the proper tools and machines at your disposal.

Your total duties are as follows:

Mount and demount tires from rims without any damage.
Repair damaged tires by adhering to our policies in regards to repairs.
Checking the wear and tear on tires.
Be able to effectively jack vehicles up.
Make or suggest any service/tire recommendations as they come up.
Removing wheels of the vehicles.
Balancing tires would be beneficial but not required.
Maintain a clean working environment.
Be punctual, reliable and hard working.
Work full time hours with some overtime requirements in the peak times.
Work Saturdays when needed and during the peak times.
Be able to communicate effectively with the rest of your team.
Perform any additional tasks given by the shop manager not outlined in this job description.
