Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of Global Operations ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives.
Accountabilities:
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge
- Runs integration, validation, and analysis of financial/operational/customer data, sourced from diverse teams in Global Operations, Finance and Human Resources
- Ensures all indicators presented in executive dashboards and stored in historical databases are accurate, complete, consistent, unique, and timely. Validates the numbers presented on reports with stakeholders and stores evidence
- Works collaboratively with business partners to drive the identification of key insights
- Develops and keeps uptodate clear documentation for financial/operational KPIs, KPI inventory, multiple data management processes, reporting calendars, stakeholder/user lists
- Builds and maintains effective relationships and keeps crossfunctional lines of communication with data delivery network and report stakeholders. Manages accesses to Power BI and SharePoint files
- Produce executive dashboards and business partners' reports in Power BI to assess the performance against targets/benchmarks and prepare adhoc requests
- Continuously improves and automates data collection, consolidation, and reporting
- Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in daytoday activities and decisions
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of daytoday business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct

Education / Experience
- University degree in business, finance, or related fields
- 3+ year of experience in reporting and analyzing financial/operational data
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Skilled in Power BI; knowledge of DAX is a strong asset
- Familiarity of Commercial Banking products, services and policies/procedures is an assest
- Welldeveloped communication skills including precise articulation of business insights
- Ability to develop content under short timeline demonstrating strong grasp of grammar/editorial writing
- Demonstrated attention to detail in ensuring accuracy of data and reports
- Able to focus on multiple initiatives concurrently to efficiently balance time
- Positive attitude and ability to effectively work with team members in achieving common objectives
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with various levels of management
- Strategic influencing skills
- Ability to identify innovative solutions and champion continuous improvement
