Virtual Assistant – Ecommerce Operations & Admin (Shopify, Amazon, IG and Facebook)Company:

Overview
This role focuses on ecommerce admin, customer experience, platform management, inventory coordination, and operational support across Shopify, Amazon, Meta Ads, Facebook, Tiktok and Instagram.
You will work directly with the founder and team to help maintain smooth operations, improve customer experience, and support ongoing projects.
Ecommerce Operations Support
Use of basic AI tools and Chatgpt/Claude a must (or ready to learn)
Manage and update product listings across Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy
Monitor Amazon account health, returns, and listing updates
Assist with A/B testing product images, listings, and website elements
Upload videos, images, and product content to ecommerce platforms
Maintain accurate product information, badges, certifications, and descriptions
Update FAQ pages, product pages, and website content
Order, Inventory, and Fulfillment Coordination
Monitor fulfillment dashboards (ShipHero, Shopify, Amazon FBA)
Track unfulfilled orders, inventory levels, and warehouse reports
Submit claims for lost or damaged shipments (USPS, UPS, carriers)
Coordinate order imports between platforms and fulfillment systems
Assist with inventory reconciliation and monthly reporting
Customer Experience and Customer Support Admin
Assist with email templates, return responses, and FAQ responses
Help improve customer support documentation and workflows
Monitor and update return processes and support systems
Ensure accuracy of customer-facing information across platforms
Administrative and Operational Support
Perform general administrative tasks and operational follow-ups
Organize files, documents, and internal trackers
Maintain internal spreadsheets and reporting dashboards
Research tools, partners, and opportunities to improve operations
Assist with vendor communication and account setup tasks
Marketing and Website Support
Check website links, pages, and functionality regularly
Help update website content, badges, and certifications
Support review collection and reputation management
Assist with influencer outreach preparation and organization
Help maintain organized media and content libraries
Platform and Tool Management

Various ecommerce and admin tools
Ideal Candidate
Experience working with ecommerce brands (Shopify and/or Amazon preferred)
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Strong written English communication
Comfortable learning new systems quickly
Reliable, responsive, and proactive
Able to manage multiple small tasks efficiently
Bonus Experience (Not Required)
Amazon Seller Central experience
Shopify backend experience
Ecommerce fulfillment tools (ShipHero, ShipStation, etc.)
Customer service support experience
Basic ecommerce marketing knowledge
Role Details:
Part-time to start (10–20 hours/week)

Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
