As a Kitchen Helper, you will assist in meal and food preparation, setup and serving food at catered events, dish-washing, deliveries to stores.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the food service industry and wants to gain experience in a professional kitchen environment.

• Assist in the preparation of meals and food items according to recipes and guidelines
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Support the cooks and kitchen staff in various tasks, such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, preparing dough, and assembling dishes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
• Help with setup and serving at catering events
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety guidelines is a plus
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Means of transportation to get to work (no bus service in our area)
