Language:
English
Education:
Secondary (high) School Graduation Certificate
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a warehouse environment
Weight Handling:
up to 60lbs
Business Equipment and Computer Applications:
Outlook, Shipstation, MS excel, MS word, MS windows, knowledge shipping with Canada Post, Fedex, Purolater, etc.
Good organisational and time management skills
Commitment to wear proper safety gear
Specific Skills
- Processing and documenting outbound shipments
- Pull ordered material from appropriate bins and preparing orders
- Pack shipping boxes
- Creating waybills & preparing shipping labels.
- Inspect product for quality
- Conduct physical inventory counts and maintain correct inventory levels
- Maintaining and organizing shipping, receiving, and storage areas
- Maintain distribution operations
- Co-Ordinate with other work departments
- Resolve work related problems
- Must have a strong attention to detail
Work Conditions and physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, tight deadlines, multi-tasking, teamwork and accuracy is key.
Salary:
$30,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
