- Clean floors by sweeping, scrubbing or vacuuming
- Dry/wet mop (wash/scrub) and polish hard surface floors
- Strip and finish hard surface floors manually or with power equipment when required
- Steam clean or shampoo carpets when required
- Transport garbage from drop points to garbage bins or compactor
- Transport maintenance machinery between floors and job sites as needed
