Description

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and serving all types of sushi rolls in a quick and timely manner
  • Able to create the best quality dishes in a fastpaced environment
  • Ensuring quality checks of dishes are up to restaurant standard
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation
  • Maintaining a positive and professional work environment
  • Monitor food stock, as needed
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • MUST hold valid work permit in Canada
  • 1yrs+ experience as a head sushi chef
  • Understanding various cooking techniques required for Japanese food
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • A passion for Japanese and Asian culinary art and flavours
  • Able to communicate in English or Korean
  • Food Safe

Salary:

- from $18/hr + depending on experience

  • Tips, overtime pay
Flexible shift schedules are available


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week

From $18.00 per hour
