About the Role:


The Project Coordinator's duties include, but are not limited, support of functions related to construction management in the electrical construction industry.

Must be able to interface with, and provide general project support to, senior project professionals.

Essential Functions

  • Reconciliation of timesheets to work orders and work orders to work order logs
  • Print test results
  • Billing preparation
  • Investigation of purchase order summary reports
  • Enter POs in the system
  • Assist project professionals in various administrative areas
  • Job number generation and setup of job information
  • Generation of submittals and final close out packages
  • Applicable surveys
  • Switchboard backup
  • Union/Apprenticeship needs
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Companydesignated office or field location.
  • Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industryspecific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable
  • Regular and predictable attendance

About You:

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 3 years of administrative support experience in the construction industry
  • Associate degree preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Detailoriented
  • Ability to think practically in order to solve office problems and interface effectively with senior project personnel
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel
