Duration:Long Term Contract*

7+ years demonstrated experience managing agile/iterative/scrum projects
Demonstrated experience leading project teams, facilitating interactions with clients and among the project team, especially in complex multistakeholder environments

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Evaluation Criteria:

Agile Project Management Experience - 50%

7+ years demonstrated experience managing agile/iterative/scrum projects
7+ years facilitating and leading ceremonies including daily standups, sprint reviews, planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives and customer journey/story mapping
Demonstrated experience using issue management tools such as Jira to manage backlogs and sprints
Experience creating and managing project schedules, project plans, issue/risk logs, status reports and other project management artefacts
Experience managing project resources by aligning skills/experience to project tasks
3+ years experience multiple complex Siebel Public Sector project concurrently
Experience planning and managing OPS project gating, architecture and governance checkpoints/requirements

Leadership, Facilitation and Communication Skills - 30%

Demonstrated experience leading project teams, facilitating interactions with clients and among the project team, especially in complex multistakeholder environments
Excellent verbal and written skills
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver within extremely tight and/or aggressive project timelines
Strong communication skills to present complex or technical details to business clients
Strong negotiation, consensus building and ability to manage/facilitate difficult conversations with team members, clients and/or executives

Technical Skills - 20%

5+ years demonstrated experience managing technical resources and tasks involving solution development (design, coding, configuration), data migration, testing, platform upgrades/patching, maintenance/support, integration
Understanding of key phases and tasks of a Siebel based project
Understanding of Oracle products/services, with an emphasis on Siebel Public Sector

Advanced Microsoft Project, Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Visio

Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager directly responsible for leading all aspects of large, complex Application Development initiatives
Demonstrated hands on experience leading and managing agile projects, preferably following Scrum methodology
Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methods and techniques
Demonstrated experience successfully managing OPS governance Cluster and Corporate governance approval processes such as project gating, architecture governance points, digital first assessment
Experience managing privacy and security deliverables
Advanced knowledge and experience with Agile development concepts and methodologies
Experience leading technical teams
Experience running scrum ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives
Demonstrated experience managing external and internal stakeholders and project interdependencies
Strong technical and business aptitude
Persistent attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (clear & concise)
Selfmotivated leader with strong interpersonal skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Visio, and Planview
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver within extremely tight deadlines
Project rescue/project triage experience is an asset
Previous government experience is an asset
