Alteo is looking for a SAP EWM Consultant for a permanent position based in Montreal (downtown).

** Hybrid work **

Under the supervision of the Director Canada, your main role will be to intervene with customers for SAP EWM installation or update missions.

**Responsibilities**:
Depending on your profile, the types of missions could be:
> Functional expertise missions:

- Understanding of the context and needs
- Specifications, gaps between target flows and core model, functional specification files
- Specification and execution of end-to-end functional acceptance tests
- Training and implementation of changes: redefinition of positions, reorganization, management of difficulties
- Business continuity plan: additional resources, anticipation of activities, definition of KPIs for monitoring operations/performance
- Migration support: organizational data, participation in blank migrations, production acceptance tests
- Participation in launch support phases: incident resolution, user support

> Technical expertise missions:

- Technical specifications of the solution
- Creation and integration of configuration files
- ABAP development
- Design of interfaces between SAP EWM and the ERP, as well as with automated warehouses, robots, mobile terminals, BI tools, TMS, etc.

> Project management missions:

- Project management: supervision of the specification, parameterization and deployment phases, steering
- Role of integrator
- Animation of go-live and hypercare phases

**Profile**:

- BAC in IT or equivalent
- 5+ years experience with SAP EWM implementation projects, but also in the logistics operations industry (operations, management).
- Professional presentation
- Ability to establish ongoing relationships with customers, necessary to build long-term partnerships
- Excellent communicator able to facilitate a meeting in both official languages
- Ability to write technical documents in both official languages
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken

Alteo est à la recherche d'un Consultant SAP EWM pour un emploi permanent basé à Montréal (centre ville).

** Travail hybride **

Sous la supervision du Directeur Canada, votre rôle principal sera d'intervenir auprès des clients pour des missions d'installation ou de mise à jour de SAP EWM.

Vous cherchez à jouer un rôle important au sein d'une petite équipe soudée, dans un poste nécessitant un fort niveau d'autonomie et de responsabilité. Vous appréciez de travailler de manière étroite avec vos collègues, afin d'échanger vos expériences et expertises respectives, afin de progresser ensemble et d'offrir à nos clients la meilleure qualité de prestation. Vous souhaitez vous inscrire dans ce projet sur la durée, en participant activement au développement local de l'entreprise. Responsabilités:
Selon votre profil, les types de missions pourront être:
> Des missions d'expertise fonctionnelle:

- Compréhension du contexte et des besoins
- Spécifications, écarts entre flux cibles et core model, dossiers de spécifications fonctionnelles
- Spécification et exécution des tests de recette fonctionnelle end-to-end
- Formations et mise en place des changements : redéfinition des postes, réorganisation, pilotage, gestion des difficultés
- Plan de continuité des activités : ressources supplémentaires, anticipation des activités, définition des KPI de contrôle du fonctionnement / de la performance
- Accompagnement à la migration : données d'organisation, participation aux migrations à blanc, tests de recette en production
- Participation aux phases de soutien au lancement : résolution d'incidents, appui aux utilisateurs

> Des missions d'expertise technique:

- Spécifications techniques de la solution
- Constitution et intégration des fichiers de paramétrage
- Développement ABAP
- Conception des interfaces entre SAP EWM et l'ERP, ainsi qu'avec les magasins automatisés, robots, terminaux mobiles, outils BI, TMS, etc.

> Des missions de gestion de projet:

- Maîtrise d'oeuvre : supervision des phases de spécification, de paramétrage et de déploiement, pilotage
- Rôle d'intégrateur
- Animation des phases de go-live et hypercare

Profil:

- BAC en TI ou l'équivalent
- 5+ années d'expérience dans des projets
