LSA is looking to hire STEM Instructors for AfterschoolMarch Break camps and Summer Break Camps.

LSA specializes in developing future leaders of tomorrow through our unique programming focusing on finance, success, technology, art, engineering and science.

LSA runs programs all across the Greater Toronto Area, having a very diverse and passionate team that loves interacting and developing

Locations we're hiring for:

Toronto
Vaughan
Mississauga
Etobicoke
North York

Qualifications:

Knowledgeable about technology, computers and software
Passionate about technology and Robotics
Education related to Engineering, Industrial or Graphic Design, Computer Programming, CAD, Art, Electronics, Game design
Willing to spend personal time to learn and explore topics such as coding, robotics, 3D design, or any other new childfriendly STEM technologies
Adept at all computer software and basic tablet and computer use

Required:

Valid Standard Emergency First Aid and CPR-C within two years (at time of the start of work)
Vulnerable Sector Police Check within one year (at time of the start of work)

Assets:

Familiar with Javascript and Python programming. OR Need to have proficiency in 1 coding language
Working experience with children ages 412 (mentoring, coaching, tutoring etc.). Experience with camps preferred
Expertise in one of the following
SCRATCH, MAKECODE ARCADE, Minecraft modding, Roblox Studio, Web development, App development, HTML/CSS/Javascript, TinkerCAD, Unity, LUA, C#
