Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments on clients to evaluate their physical abilities and needs.
• Generate detailed physiotherapy reports and statistics to track progress and outcomes.
• Identify clients' problems and goals, formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with RMTs and Trainers to develop holistic recommendations for clients.
• Uphold confidentiality regarding resident, employee, and organizational data and information.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Canadian Physiotherapy Associations (C.P.A.) approved Physiotherapy program required.
• Licensed member (in good-standing) of the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists (NSCP) required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
• Genuine passion for helping others and improving clients' overall well-being.
