Role Overview

As a Social Media and Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand visibility and engagement across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in social media marketing, content creation, and influencer and community management.

This role calls for an individual who embodies initiative and demonstrates a proactive, self-starting approach. We are looking for someone who is passionate about social media and has a flair for creativity, strategic acumen, and an intimate comprehension of current and ever-changing digital marketing trends.

The Social Media and Content Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and oversee social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for multiple brands within our portfolio.
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives and drive engagement.
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality content, including videos, images, and written posts, for organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to capture content from various sources and repurpose it into captivating marketing materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, develop influencer marketing campaigns, and measure their effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to optimize social media strategies.
• Copywriting for social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Copywriting for website and blog posts.
• Support email marketing initiatives by creating compelling content and assisting with campaign execution.
• Travel to Rejuvenation's clinic locations to capture content (up to 50%)

Role Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in social media marketing and platform management across multiple channels.
• Proven track record of managing social media accounts for 5 or more brands simultaneously (experience with Loomly or any other social management platforms)
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to use data to inform strategy.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
• Experience with influencer marketing, including identifying influencers, negotiating partnerships, and measuring ROI.
• Strong copywriting background and ability to write for multiple platforms for SEO optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with copywriting and email marketing is highly desirable.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
• Ability to travel to Alberta, BC and Ontario
• Travel to our clinics will be required therefore a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle is required
