We currently have an opening for a permanent, full-time

Administrative Coordinator to join our

Industrial Products team, based out of our location in Richmond, BC. This role reports directly to the

Industrial Products

Manager.


Job responsibilities for this position:


  • Processes invoices and fulfills production and general order entries, completes related filing, updates entries as needed.
  • Customer service relief, manages accounts, while upholding an exceptional level of customer service,
  • Liaises with the Sales Team, Scheduling, Operations and the Warehouse to ensure optimal delivery of orders.
  • Reports on orders, customer inquiries and other items, while proactively resolving matters, as they arise.
  • Conducts Inventory counts, as required.
  • Weekly planning/scheduling support.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements for this position:

  • +1 years of customer service experience.
- +1-year experience in an office setting.

  • Proficient when using Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior problemsolving skills.
  • Detail oriented and has the ability to prioritizing and multitask.
  • Able to work in a group as well as individually.
  • Strong work ethic, dependable and reliable.
