    Job Duties & Responsibilities :
    Integrate, teach, program and troubleshoot ABB robots into new and existing equipment.
    Knowledge of SafeMove (ABB specific) and CAN/CSA-Z or newest) Industrial robot standard
    Knowledge of industrial communication and peripheral communication devices.
    Ability to troubleshoot I/O signals and repair as necessary.
    Integration of new and existing equipment into automated cells
    Ability to troubleshoot pneumatic circuits.
    Knowledge of hydraulics and hydraulic systems.
    Understanding of leak testers and/or air decay systems.
    Troubleshoot & modify electrical schematics, PLC, HMI and ABB programs.
    Work with equipment including Robotics (ABB preferred), CNC, DCM, Trim Presses, assembly, inspection & pallet lines.
    Work with cross functional teams to support the planning and design of automated systems.

    Qualifications
    Electrical/Mechanical Diploma/certificate.
    8+ years of experience in an automation/production environment including robotics (pay scale proportional to experience).
    Experience with ABB robotics and robot programming preferred.
    Experience with PLC programming and control systems.
    Experience with vision and inspection Systems.
    Understanding of mechanical/electrical systems (hydraulic/pneumatic/VFD)
    Self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies & skill sets.
    Can work independently or with a team.
    Set priorities, manage time effectively & work on multiple projects.
    Excellent written & oral communications skills

    Salary:
    From $37.00 per hour


    Expected hours:
    No less than 40 per week
