As an integrated business partner, you area consultant and coach to the business and its leaders. You will lead theimplementation of HR programs and initiatives for Trench Canada.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Participatein the development of the Corporate HR strategy to support business objectivesand cultivate a positive employee experience.
  • Identifycurrent and future HR/business trends and makes recommendations to foster afutureready approach that will fully support Trench Limited's business model.
  • Leaddiscussions related to workforce planning and talent pools and providerecommendations to facilitate the development of a diverse robust talentpipeline.
  • Use HRanalytics to provide insights and guide decisionmaking, related to employeeengagement, employee retention, and performance etc.
  • Partnerwith leaders to understand our unique business needs and develop HR solutionsto drive performance and growth.
  • Collaboratewith the leadership team to identify organizational needs, drive changemanagement initiatives, and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

WhatYou Bring

  • Bachelor'sdegree or diploma in Human Resources, or related field is required.
  • CertifiedHuman Resources Professional (CHRP) or Leader (CHRL) is an asset.
  • 5+years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to both multinationalcorporations and smaller organizations. Unionized experience is required.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to developpositive working relationships across all levels of the organization and withunion leaders.
  • Effectiveleadership skills with the capability to implement strategic HR initiativesthroughout the organization.

TrenchCanada is part of a carve-out of the Siemens Energy Organization and lookingfor 2 HR Business Partners who will work hand in hand with the local Head of HRto establish a new HR Team as well as a new HR-processes on a local basis.

Thiscreates a unique opportunity for adapting HR processes and procedures to thenew organization, support business strategies with adequate HR support, andprovide an attractive and engaging environment for our people.

HR Partners will report to HR Director ofTrench Canada.
