Duties

• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans
• Explain loan options and terms to clients, and assist them in selecting the right mortgage product
• Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy
• Stay uptodate with changes in mortgage regulations and guidelines
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and lenders

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients throughout the mortgage process
• Fluency in English
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to clients
• Knowledge of cash management principles and practices
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients

Education
- successful completion of the sub-mortgage broker license.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
