Responsibilities:


  • Manage the endtoend RMA process, from the initial customer request to final resolution.
  • Review and authorize RMAs in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and communicate RMA status updates.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all RMAs, including reasons for return, product conditions, and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and Account Managers and Shipping department to facilitate smooth RMA transactions.
  • Conduct inspections of returned products to assess condition and ensure compliance with return policies.
  • Generate regular reports on RMA trends, including reasons for returns, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and work with relevant teams to implement improvements.
  • Strive to enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolution to RMA requests.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to streamline RMA processes for products under warranty.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests on incoming raw materials, inprocess components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection and testing results, documenting any deviations or defects discovered during the quality control process.
  • Ensure that products comply with regulatory standards, industry specifications, and internal quality control protocols.
  • Regularly calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify the root causes of defects and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide timely feedback to production teams regarding quality issues and work collaboratively to implement corrective measures.
  • Implement effective sampling plans to representatively assess product quality.
  • Generate regular reports on quality control metrics, highlighting areas for improvement and commendation.

Qualifications:


  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering or related discipline)
  • Proven experience as a Quality Control Technician in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of quality control standards, procedures, and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with testing equipment and tools used in quality control processes.
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
