The Finance Co-op will provide support on financial planning and analysis activities and process improvements.
This placement is for Summer 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis

Conduct thorough financial analysis to support key business initiatives and decisionmaking processes.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and performance metrics to evaluate the company's financial health.

Process Improvement & Data Management

Support in the implementation of CPG best practices and streamlining financial processes.
Extract and manipulate data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Ad-Hoc Reporting

Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
Respond to inquiries from stakeholders, providing clear explanations and insights into financial data.

Qualifications:

Must be currently enrolled as a student at an accredited university in a finance/accounting cooperative program with plans to return to school after assignment
Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles
Able to work independently and in collaboration with others
Intermediate Excel knowledge with experience using VLookup and Pivot tables
Strong organization skills, attention to detail and analytical skills
