The Company:

OSL (Outsourced Sales Leadership) was established in 2012 in Mississauga, Ontario, to provide clients with customized designed sales solutions in retail, direct sales, merchandising and customer acquisition.

The Position:

We have an exciting opportunity to hire a

Location:
Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

What you are responsible for:

Lead a team of New Construction Sales team to drive sales performance of their respective teams
Optimize sales execution through a structured and standardized approach
Collaborate with Bell Vendor Manager daily regarding plan execution, target setting, performance, and various targeted programs
Elevate leadership skills and people management skills of the team
Working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful execution of all programs
Ensuring project deadlines and deliverables are met
Managing team headcount by driving recruitment and retention initiatives

What to expect:

You will travel frequently

To be successful:

Minimum 57 years of experience in sales, including 2+ years in sales team construction management, preferably in telecom industry
Postsecondary degree or diploma in Business Management or related fields is an asset
Ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time in all weather conditions

Ability to work in a cross functional team at the divisional and corporate level
Ability to perform with mínimal supervision
Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and analytical skills
Proven time management skills in a fastpaced environment
Willingness to travel through assigned territory (some overnight travel may be required)
Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to personal vehicle for travel infield
Flexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings, and weekends
