Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate as primary contact for agency planning teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with agency teams and clients to ensure their paid social efforts meet or exceed clients' performance expectations.
  • Create top-notch deliverables to clients using available technology platforms and services.
  • Expert in paid media capabilities, finding optimal solutions for clients and staying updated on upcoming tools/tech solutions for their overall media strategy.
  • Introduce innovative solutions and ad formats to explore new technology and keep clients ahead of the curve.
  • Stay informed about digital landscape developments to educate teams and clients as needed.
  • Lead a team of employees, communicate agency goals effectively, manage workloads, offer ongoing performance feedback, and support professional development.
  • Participate in hiring decisions of employees as necessary.
  • Assist in strategic campaign planning by responding to RFPs and briefs.
  • Aid in developing agency partners' process and workflow for a collaborative working relationship.
  • Contribute to strategic planning solutions driving client business results.
  • Present campaign results and RFPs to planners/clients as required.
  • Approve contracts in financial systems and QA campaigns.
  • Contribute to or prepare media POVs proactively and independently.
  • Monitor KPIs for a client portfolio to ensure timely campaign delivery and implementation of media plan requirements.
  • Manage client expectations regarding work schedules and deadlines.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Mid/Intermediate level digital media experience.
  • Strong understanding of various digital channels' roles.
  • Professional knowledge of trafficking and website tagging processes.
  • Ability to build positive business relationships focusing on client service.
  • Proficient in cross-channel planning, coordinating digital and offline media efforts effectively.
  • Skilled in data analysis, emerging media, and technology.
  • Experience in negotiation and presentation.
  • Continuous development mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Search Tools (Google Ads 360, Microsoft Advertising/Bing Ads, Amazon Advertising, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, etc.).
