    Edmonton region _who are skilled and licensed to provide security services to our individual and corporate clients._

The Concierge will provide exceptional service to residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include managing the front desk, handling inquiries, overseeing security access, and assisting with various concierge services; ensuring through strong open communication and organization that they deliver exceptional service to residents._
- **FULL TIME -6pm

  • 6am rotation**_

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide general security services and concierge services.
  • Patrolling exterior and interior of the building to ensure security.
  • Ensure access points and doors are locked.
  • Checking special vulnerable areas.
  • Removing any unwanted people from the site.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras, safety, and wellbeing of residents.
  • Being always genuinely helpful, addressing concerns immediately and escalating the ones which cannot be completed.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, and build healthy and professional relationships with frequent visitors
  • Respond to special requests from residents with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Answering phone calls using appropriate etiquette, and logging reports
  • Follows established procedures and policies when completing tasks, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • At least
    1years customer service experience required.
  • Prior experience as a concierge or customer service considered an asset.
  • Must posses a valid AB Security workers license.
  • Driven and aspiring to always create a positive environment for all guests.
  • Clear communication both verbal and written
  • Able to work flexible hours, availability for overnights and weekends required.
  • Must be computer literate and understanding of Microsoft office, included but not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to work as a team, be creative, and think outside of the box
  • Experience with modern building systems; including but not limited to, fire suppression and alarms, elevators, HVAC, and emergency generators.
