JOB BRIEF
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquisition and Due Diligence:
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential real estate acquisitions.
- Provide detailed analyses and recommendations for property acquisition based on market trends, zoning regulations, and financial viability.
Feasibility Study:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the feasibility of the project, considering market demand, financial projections, and potential risks.
- Present comprehensive feasibility studies to the project team and ownership for informed decisionmaking.
Zoning and Approvals:
- Navigate regulatory requirements and coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary zoning approvals and permits.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations throughout the development process.
Architecture and Engineering:
- Work closely with architects and engineers to develop project designs that align with the owner's vision and budget.
- Review and approve architectural and engineering drawings to ensure they meet project requirements.
Building Permits:
- Manage the permitting process, securing all necessary approvals and permits for construction.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies to address any issues and expedite the permit acquisition process.
Marketing and Sales:
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
- Oversee the sales process, ensuring effective communication with potential buyers and stakeholders.
Construction Oversight:
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure the timely and costeffective completion of the project.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.
Project Delivery and Close-Out:
- Coordinate the delivery process, ensuring a smooth transition from construction to occupancy.
- Oversee project closeout activities, including final inspections, punchlist completion, and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, similar field or equivalent related work experience
- Proven experience managing endtoend real estate development projects working with a developer on multifamily, mid or high rise residential / commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, architecture, engineering, and construction processes.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and project management systems.

$70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
