The Division

The Facilities Department is responsible for all site aspects such as the maintenance, electrical, plumbing/heating, janitorial, grounds work, playground inspections and OH&S for all Divisional sites and schools.

These sites include 11 schools, 2 colonies and 2 outreach sites which consists of 56,899 sq. m2 of facility space.

The goal of the department is to maintain and upgrade facilities to provide a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment to meet the educational needs of the Division students and staff for years to come.

Qualifications:

Able to work independently and provide team support

Self-motivated and efficient

Valid driver's license is a must

Duties include:

Clean up

Grounds work

Painting

Renovations

Other duties as assigned
