**: We are currently looking for a Health Services Manager oriented towards human resources and dedicated to the health of the residents of the Les Richeloises residences.
The head of health services plans, directs and controls activities relating to the provision of care and the well-being of residents.
He/she ensures compliance with the standards of the profession as well as the certification regulations for private seniors' residences relating to his/her sector.
Permanent full-time daytime position.ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management:
- Act as an intermediary for various external stakeholders (physicians, pharmacists, CLSC, CISSS/CIUSSS, etc.)
Health Care:
- Adhere to standards and legislation in accordance with private seniors' home certification and the code of ethics
- Help maintain the relationship of trust with residents' family and friends as well as with various stakeholders (CLSC, CSSS, etc.)
- Proactively assist and support the residents
- Provide a range of nursing care and treatments in order to maintain and restore residents health and to help prevent illness
- Respond to all emergency situations
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Collect degree in nursing (DEC) or a proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing
- At lease 3 to 5 years of experience in nursing with a minimum of 1 year in administration
- Member in good standing of the OIIQ or Member in good standing of the OIIAQ
- Experience in personnel management
- A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software
